Public
Radio International is a public radio network headquartered in Minneapolis
that acquires, develops, funds, and distributes public radio programming
from station-based, independent and international producers. The network
also produces programming and distributes over 400 hours of programming
each week - more than any other public radio distributor.
In addition to offering National Native News to stations, PRI's leading
programs include A Prairie Home Companion with Garrison Keillor, Marketplace,
This American Life, The World, and Michael Feldman's Whad'Ya Know?,
as well as 24-hour a day services Classical 24 and BBC World
Service.
